Our Founder & CEO, Prabhakar Prasad, and BluWis leader and Chief Delivery Officer Ramakrishnan R., opened the event with a leadership session on transitioning from campus to corporate emphasizing adaptability, digital-first thinking, and strategic clarity in today’s AI-shaped marketing landscape.

Following the session, the Top 10 shortlisted teams presented well-structured, data-driven digital marketing strategies addressing real business challenges. The quality of analysis, creativity, and execution frameworks reflected both academic rigor and emerging industry awareness.

Congratulations to Team “Four for All” (Winners) and Team “BrandCatalyst” (Runner-Up) for outstanding strategic insight and execution discipline.

At BluWis, we believe transformation begins with mindset. We are proud to invest in building future leaders and offer them a platform for experiential learning. As Prabhakar Prasad shared during the event: “Our vision is to create pathways where students experience real-world problem solving early, gain exposure to corporate expectations, and transition confidently into internships and meaningful careers.”

Dr Lakshmi Mohan, Pro-Vice Chancellor, ITM Group of Institutions Skills University & Director, ITM Group of Institutions Business School, expressed appreciation for the partnership, noting:

The BluWis Digital Marketing Hackathon 2026 was a demonstration of what becomes possible when academic rigor meets real-world expectation. The ideas presented by the Top 10 teams, and particularly the winning solutions from Team “Four for All” and the Runner-Up Team “BrandCatalyst,” reflected the confidence, clarity, and capability that define future-ready professionals.

As these students move forward into internships and potential full-time roles, we are reminded that leadership begins in moments like these, where emerging talent is challenged, mentored, and entrusted with real responsibility, laying the foundation for future boardroom leaders.
